The Month In New Music – Dec 2016

Phew, what a scorcher. The new music scene in Sydney was on fire across December as we baked in the summer heat – with a monster list of bands playing, I managed to shoot Born Joy Dead, Train Robbers, Waax, Top Lip, Red Wine Roses, Miss Violet Viper, Letters To Lions, Betty & Oswald, Georgia Mulligan, Flowertruck, Emma Russack, Phantastic Ferniture, Morning TV, Big White, Blind Hot Gems (feat. Dobby), Mabel, The Khanz, Forest Hall, Billy Puntton, Viral Eyes, and Trouble In Paradise.

Check out the photos and a few tracks in the video below – if you want to know what Sydney’s new music underground looked and sounded like in December of 2016, this is what you’re looking for.
