Tough tunes with danceable grooves
WOLVES IN FASHION
Wolves In Fashion are like Foals if they were a bit metal, and did the occasional Backstreet Boys cover. There’s oodles of meat on these bones, with every song rich and soupy and absolutely full of protein. A hairy, groove-addled, distorted pleasure.
When I first saw Creo, they were almost unrelentingly cross, one song after another delivered with punch and grimace. The toughness and anger are still there, but it’s more controlled these days, the restraint of someone who understands their own strength. Oh, and who knows how to write some utter belters, too.
